Audio stuttering in Ableton can occur due to a variety of reasons, such as high CPU usage, insufficient buffer size settings, or incompatible audio drivers. To troubleshoot this issue, try increasing the buffer size in the audio preferences, closing unnecessary applications running in the background, updating your audio drivers, and optimizing your computer's performance settings. Additionally, disabling any resource-heavy plugins or effects in your Ableton project may also help reduce audio stuttering. **

I recommend a computer with at least an Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor, 8GB of RAM, and a solid-state drive (SSD) for running Ableton Live smoothly. Additionally, a dedicated graphics card can help with visual performance. It's also important to consider the size and resolution of the display, as well as the number and type of ports available for connecting audio interfaces and other peripherals. Overall, a powerful and reliable laptop or desktop computer with good processing power and storage capabilities is essential for a seamless Ableton Live experience. **

In Ableton Live 10, the latency can vary depending on the audio interface and computer system being used. Generally, the default latency setting is set to a relatively low value to minimize delay when recording and playing back audio. However, users can adjust the latency settings in the preferences to optimize performance based on their specific setup and needs. It's important to note that achieving low latency may require a powerful computer and a high-quality audio interface. **
